Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.No, prices do not include set up or delivery fees. Delivery prices vary based on location and also do not include sales tax. Set up and breakdown service can be added to your order for an additional cost, which depends on the size of your event.
Q.What's included in the delivery fee?

Our delivery fee covers the cost of labor for loading and unloading all rental equipment at both drop-off and pick-up. Upon delivery, our team will place your items near your front door, garage, or at the side of your home. For liability reasons, we are unable to enter backyards or other private areas on the property.
If you have specific placement preferences within these accessible areas, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, please view our service area section or please call our office for additional information.
Q.Why do you collect a $50.00 refundable deposit at the time of customer pick-up?
A.
To protect against damages and to ensure a timely return. Please note that deviations from these terms—such as late returns or intentional damage—will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Otherwise, the deposit will be fully refunded upon the safe and timely return of all items.
Q.Does the standard 12 hour rental time include your set up time?
A.No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
Q.When do you set up?
A.That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Q.How often is your equipment cleaned?
A.All of your rental items will be clean and sanitized when you get them. Showtime Event Rentals cleans and sanitizes after every rental or use.
Q.Do we have to keep the blowers plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the projection unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator.
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
Q.What forms of payment do you accept?
A.All major Credit/Debit cards are accepted by our merchant.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.Payments will be fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 1-6 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.All orders will be paid in full upon check out to reserve your equipment.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through some of the equipment.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the equipment if it gets damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our equipment. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the equipment. Damage waivers will cover any accidental damages, but will not cover intentional damages to our equipment.
