Showtime Event Rentals Cancellation Policy
At Showtime Event Rentals, we require 100% of the rental cost to be paid upfront to secure your order.
This upfront payment ensures that your rental items are reserved in our system and will be available for your event on the scheduled date.
Cancellation 30 Days or More Before the Event:
- If you cancel your order 30 days or more before your event date, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
Cancellation Within 29 Days of the Event:
- If you cancel your order within 29 days of your event date, 25% of the rental cost will be forfeited. This is because the reserved items have been removed from our inventory and are unavailable for other clients to book.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of the Event:
- If you cancel your order less than 7 days before your event date, no refund will be issued. However, you will receive a rain check for the full amount of your payment. This rain check is valid for one year from the original scheduled event date and can be applied toward a future rental.
Cancellation After Equipment Delivery:
- If the rental equipment has already been delivered and you need to cancel, no refund will be issued. You will receive a rain check for the cost of the delivered equipment, valid for up to one year from the original scheduled event date. Please note that the rain check does not cover an additional delivery fee at the time of rebooking. Any future bookings that require delivery will incur a new delivery fee.
