Showtime Event Rentals Cancellation Policy
At Showtime Event Rentals, we require 100% of the rental cost to be paid upfront to secure your order. This upfront payment ensures that your rental items are reserved in our system and will be available for your event on the scheduled date.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellation 7 Days or More Before Event:
- If you need to cancel your order 7 days or more before your event date, you will receive a full refund of the payment made.
Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Event:
- If you cancel your order less than 7 days before your event date, we will hold your payment in the form of a rain check. This rain check can be used towards any future rental within one year from the date of the canceled event.
Cancellation After Equipment Delivery:
- If the rental equipment has already been delivered and you need to cancel, you will receive a rain check for the cost of the equipment that was delivered. This rain check is also valid for up to one year from the date of the canceled event.
